Graduating with a Law degree and completing my law finals, I moved into the recruitment field 15 years ago working for a top international agency before moving in house where I worked for one of the Big 4, a leading management consultancy and then global private practice law firms. Having worked for some of the top global City law firms I have experience managing the end to end recruitment process, being responsible for all levels of recruitment in Business Services and lateral recruitment up to partner level, as well as establishing the Risk & Compliance teams. I have a strong understanding of the different law firms and their culture, as well a wide network of HR, Risk & Compliance and senior business services professionals.
